STARS ReadMeThis web site (http://......edu/STARS/) is being developed by the first student chapter of STARS USA Inc.at the University of South Florida for the purposes of developing the 501(c)(3) Exempt purposes of STARS USA Inc. (STARS). This server is part of the World Wide Web (WWW), a networked information system that allows direct access through the Internet. Each highlighted phrase (in color or underlined) is a hyperlink to another document or information resource somewhere on the Internet. This service became operational on February 7, 1996. The main Server is running on http://ctr.usf.edu/. The STARS Services are being developed as both a working tool and a demonstration site for educators, students and interested professionals to use the Internet and the World Wide Web for the purpose of developing projects. In addition, substantive academic benefits can be derived through the development of contracts to complete measurable services provided, and deliverable through the support for various projects.
