History
STARS USA, Inc. was organized to create opportunities for students to advance their career development.  Many of STARS' previous Officers are business owners, or senior executives.  Active Community projects can create more benefits for students.  The §501(c)(3) tax exemption can be used by any STARS member to develop any STARS project.

Procedures were developed to help students create projects for student groups to receive academic credit for them.  However, all these procedures and methods are STANDARD academic processes.  Any student can use these techniques at any academic institution at any time.

Defining STARS Projects will further add to your networking and community impact in the Tampa Bay area.  But, if your student group seeks to develop a project proposed here independently we will help with direction, contacts and resources.
